Bryansburn Rangers Drawn at Home in Irish Cup First Round

Bryansburn Rangers FC have been drawn at home to Killymoon Rangers FC in the First Round of the Irish Cup.

The tie will be played at Ballywooley on Saturday 8 August, giving the club the opportunity to begin its Irish Cup campaign in front of a home crowd.

The Irish Cup is one of the most prestigious competitions in Northern Ireland, and the players and coaching staff will be looking to make the most of home advantage as they aim to progress to the next round.

Manager Andy Wallace welcomed the draw and is looking forward to the challenge ahead.

"Any time you get the opportunity to compete in the Irish Cup it's a special occasion. It's a competition every player wants to be involved in, and we're delighted to have been drawn at home.

"Killymoon Rangers will provide a tough test and they'll be coming here with the same ambition as us, so we know we'll need to be at our very best.

"Playing at Ballywooley gives us a fantastic opportunity to perform in front of our supporters, and hopefully we can make home advantage count. We'll prepare properly over the coming weeks and look forward to what should be a great cup tie."
